# Data and privacy

## The API and the connector

We keep only what counting and support need, for each call:

* which account and key made the call
* which stocks were shown
* the time and the `request_id`

Nothing else you send through the API or the connector is kept.

## The chat

Chats are kept so you can come back to them, and you can delete any chat at any time. Whether your chats help improve our AI is your choice, in Settings. The [Privacy Policy](https://forwardmodel.ai/legal/) has the details.

## Keys

We store only a hash of each key, never the key itself.

## Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.

## Your data

To see, export or delete your account data, email [support@forwardmodel.ai](mailto:support@forwardmodel.ai) from the email on your account.
