# Forward Model docs

> Forward Model is an AI research lab for the financial markets.

Forward Model is an AI research lab for the financial markets. Every trading day, before the market opens, our AI agent scores about 3,000 US stocks. Each score is set before the open, locked once it's published, and graded by what the market does over the next 21 trading days. How well the scores have done is public: we call it Forward Skill, and it's on our home page.

These docs explain how to get the scores into your own tools.

## Three ways to use the scores

| **The chat** | Ask about a company or a market at [chat.forwardmodel.ai](https://chat.forwardmodel.ai). When a stock is scored, the chat shows today's score and its reasons. | Free (no daily scores) or Plus |
| **Claude and ChatGPT** | Add Forward Model as a connector, then ask about any stock. See [Claude and ChatGPT](https://docs.forwardmodel.ai/claude-and-chatgpt.md). | Plus |
| **Your own code** | Call `GET /v1/scores` with an API key. See [Quickstart](https://docs.forwardmodel.ai/quickstart.md). | Plus |

All three show the same score for the same stock on the same day. Asking again doesn't change it.
